Cutiepie Cupcakes do not charge a consultation fee for quotes. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and will work hard to ensure that your order is tailored to your requirements. Should you be unhappy with your order then please email us at help@cutiepiecupcakes.co.uk or call us on 01603 451499 and we will do our best to put things right.

orders

Cupcakes have a minimum order of 12 for each flavour and can then be ordered in batches of 6 or 12. Whoopie pies have a minimum order of 4. You can place an order online, over the phone or via email.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for standard size orders (no more than two boxes). Please be aware that during busy times we may not be able to process last minute orders, please contact us by phone to check availability. Bespoke and larger orders can take a little longer so please contact us well in advance of your event/special occasion to arrange these.

Cash on delivery or full payment prior to delivery is required for all orders. Larger orders will attract a 20% deposit as confirmation. If you are booking in advance for a special event the final balance is due in full three weeks prior to the day and is non-refundable after this date. Cutiepie Cupcakes accept payment via Cheque, Bank Transfer, Paypal and Cash. All payment must be made in full prior to or at the point of delivery/collection.

Cutiepie Cupcakes products are delicate so require careful handling. We will deliver Cupcakes free of charge within the Greater Norwich area (up to five miles).

Large Map

Whoopie Pie orders over a value of £25.00 also benefit from free delivery. Alternatively, customer collection can be arranged by contacting us.

We can arrange deliveries further afield but a charge will apply. Please contact us for a quote and we will let you know the costs involved.

If you are planning a wedding or other special event, Cutiepie Cupcakes will deliver and set up your cakes at no additional cost within the Greater Norwich area. A charge will apply outside of this area.
